Sam is a certified practitioner of the “Everything DiSC” psychometric assessment tool and has the most passion for helping managers and their teams acknowledge and have a deeper understanding of their own and their team’s work style preferences. This impactful insight leads to more effective team collaboration and a more harmonious team environment.

Sam has extensive experience in the hospitality sector, working across multiple disciplines in hotels including Front Office, Food and Beverage, Meetings and Events and, latterly, Learning and Development, before moving to more corporate-based roles for large global hotel groups.

Her specialist areas for larger corporations were predominantly in Learning and Development facilitation and content management and included managing and delivering bespoke leadership programmes.
She developed her skills as the expert at coaching team members to deliver results with effective action planning, impactful follow up and offered insight enabling bespoke learning for global sales teams.

Sam has spent her career travelling the world and has enjoyed time spent getting to know different cultures and the international business world, having lived in the USA for a time plus projects to the Middle East, Far East and Europe.
